Today was a monochrome day. I wanted to do something a bit more casual and crisp. This shirt I have had for years and wore when I went to Paris. It looks very Parisian to me with the stripes and the high waist. It brings back good memories of that trip. I was actually wearing it here but you can’t tell.

The jacket is another great consignment store find. I love happening on great style for so freaking cheap. I think I paid $13 for the jacket and it’s perfect for Spring/Summer.

I love these fabric suede boots that I picked up at the beginning of Fall at DSW. I think they weren’t especially cheap but I have gotten much use out of them for two seasons now and that makes them worth it. It’s almost time to put them up for a few months, I guess!

My necklace I made years ago from some art glass I picked up in Tuscon at one of the many spectacular bead and gem shows they have in early February. I really need to get back into jewelry making. It was a lot of fun and a great creative outlet.
