I wanted to wear this scarf, which I love from my mom’s collection, and this jacket, though not necessarily in the same outfit. But here they are anyway.
I just didn’t feel like a skirt today and this scarf makes a great belt. I absolutely love the colors in it, and the fact that there are several means it has lots of pairing opportunities. It was the first one I played with when I scored my mom’s great stash of scarves… I had tied it at the neck in a big bow. I still may end up wearing it that way, maybe with something off-shoulder…
But anyway, I had simple purple cami and my awesome hot pink shoes to go with it this time. The jacket tones it all down a bit and feels very Springy.
The pink and purple also gave me an excuse to wear this new necklace from one of my favorite Etsy jewelry sources: Lukily Designs. This poor necklace took almost 3 months to get to me from Thailand and both me and the shop owner thought it was lost, and he finally gave me a refund. I was sad. But then it showed up about a week later. It was like Christmas when I opened the package and saw it and it’s siblings which will see their debut soon.
I should have probably waited till tomorrow for this outfit as I will need to wear jeans again out of necessity. We’ll see what I pull together then.
