I wanted to go a bit casual today so I grabbed the cropped jeans and debuted this great red jean jacket I found at the consignment store. It is a perfect Spring/Summer jacket because it is thin, breathable denim. And the color gave me a great excuse to wear one of my new Lukily Design necklaces. This necklace is so gorgeous! And it’s so light and comfortable it is easy to forget I have anything on. Definitely one of my favorites now. I might have to get one in another color sometime.

I thought I’d go crisp and used the white cap sleeve v-neck from Studio Joy Li. It keeps everything from getting too bright and is a good length to compliment the cropped jacket.

I stuck with gold for the bracelets to bring out the warm tones and since the necklace threads are a light gold color. One is from Trendenzas and the other was a pick up from Goodwill last weekend for $2. It’s a nice solid jewelery brass bangle. Totally worth the $2. :D

My Miz Mooz shoes went well with the cropped pants too since they don’t have a high vamp. They are still very comfortable but the left shoe has something in it that “crinkles” when I walk. That is annoying… I need to figure out what it is and fix it. I hate walking down the echoing halls at work and hearing my shoe squeaking.

I enjoyed wearing this outfit. It was a nice change from my typical more dressy skirt/dress combos, but still put-together enough to be good for work.
